We are thrilled to share that Celebration by Rupa Vira was featured by Northern Virginia Magazine as one of the standout restaurants at this year’s Taste of NOVA 2025!
The two-day festival, held at NOVA Live Campus, brought together some of the region’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants—each showcasing their signature creations to thousands of food lovers. Among the many incredible dishes, our team was recognized in the feature “À La Minute Masters: Celebration by Rupa Vira.”
A Taste Worth Waiting For
Our chefs pulled out all the stops with crispy, potato-filled dosas, freshly made to order. The Northern Virginia Magazine team highlighted how—despite the meticulous preparation and tempting variety of dishes like our Lotus Stem Chaat—our line moved swiftly, “a testament to the team’s professionalism.”
We were especially proud to debut our new dish, Benne Dosa, at the event—a rich, buttery South Indian classic that combines the comforting crispness of dosa with the aromatic warmth of our house-made chutneys. The dish received an incredible response and is now available at our restaurant for everyone to enjoy.
