“The Kashmir Ki Kahaani (Goat in ginger sauce) was served in the sunk center of a large plate or in a bowl with a very large flat rim as my wife saw it – all in the eye of the beholder – you be the judge: just look at the photo. While we couldn’t agree on the description of the serving dish, we absolutely agreed it was delicious. The meat was very tender and came off the bone very easily. ”
