Metropolitan Washington Summer Restaurant Week returns Monday, August 24 through Sunday, August 30, bringing a full week of 3-course menus and maximum flavor to the DMV. Celebration by Rupa Vira is proud to take part again this year, showcasing modern Indian cuisine built on global ingredients, bold technique, and Chef Rupa Vira's signature reinvention of traditional recipes.

Daal Cappucino

Silky yellow daal whipped into a velvety cappuccino, finished with bright lemon, toasted cumin foam, and a crisp papad shard.

Crisp chicken dumplings with molten masala cheese fondue.

Crisp mung bean taco, mango-cucumber salsa, coconut chutney, and a chilli sphere

Main Course

Paneer Tikka Royale

Tandoori-charred paneer in a saffron cashew-almond gravy, topped with crispy onion.

Lemon Garlic Butter Lamb Chops

Grilled lamb chops finished in lemon garlic butter, served with mint yogurt and pickled onions.

Shrimp Coco Kolivada

Spice-crusted shrimp in a coconut-parmesan moilee sauce

served with Garlic Naan or Rice

Gajar Halwa Cheesecake

Carrot halwa layered with cardamom cheesecake mousse, almond slice, Biscoff crumble, and gold leaf.
