As part of the event, Celebration by Rupa Vira will be offering a special twist with their exclusive Chef’s Special Butter Chicken Spaghetti. This innovative fusion dish is a must-try for lovers of Indian cuisine and food enthusiasts alike. Proceeds from the sale of this dish will be donated to World Central Kitchen (WCK), a non-profit founded by Chef José Andrés that focuses on providing meals in times of crisis.
The festival will conclude with an exciting live cooking demo and book signing by acclaimed author Monica Saigal (Bhide), who will launch her new children’s book, “Papa’s Butter Chicken,” featuring a foreword by Chef José Andrés.
